  • NZD $11m investment = 91 days
  • NZD $12m investment = 77 days
  • NZD $13m investment = 63 days

Immigration NZ determines the following investments are acceptable:

  • Government and corporate bonds 
  • Listed equities
  • Philanthropy
  • New residential property development
  • Existing commercial or industrial property development
